Refund policy

Online Returns & Exchanges

Full price items purchased online can be returned within 7 days of delivery and are eligible for a store credit or refund. If you need to exchange an item, return the incorrect size for a store credit or refund and re-purchase the correct size online.

Items purchased online with a discount greater than 10% — including sale items and orders using discount codes — may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. These items are not eligible for refunds.

However, please note that items denoted as "Final Sale" purchased online cannot be returned (and so are not eligible for a store credit, in-store exchange or refund).

To return your purchase, please repack your item in its original packaging and arrange shipment through NZ Post. Returns are sent at the customer's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tags attached. We recommend trying on shoes on carpet only because we do not accept the return of shoes that have been scuffed.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Items deemed faulty can be returned. 

Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Store Credits

Store credits issued for in-store and online returns will have an expiry date of 6 months from issue. 

Refunds

Once your postal return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
